Right of withdrawal La Natura Lifestyle
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods within one order and we cannot deliver them at the same time, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last delivery.

If it is a regular delivery of goods in a certain period, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first delivery. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, it will be extended until the following working day. The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

You revoke by informing us in writing ( La Natura Lifestyle BIO GmbH parcel box DVL 1 6965 Wolfurt Austria) or by e-mail/telephone of your revocation. In case of revocation, send an e-mail to [email protected] , or Tel: +43 55 232 29 60 stating your order number and that you are revoking your purchase.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the goods or failing to collect the goods without informing us of your cancellation at the same time. The withdrawal period is deemed to have been observed if you inform us of your withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you cancel the purchase of goods, you must return the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14 days have expired. Goods cannot be delivered to our address or sent by cash on delivery agreement without distribution.
The return of the goods is at your own expense. If the package cannot be delivered because you have inadvertently entered an incorrect address in the order information, you will bear the costs for the return shipment.

If you cancel, we will refund all payments we have received from you. The only thing you will have to pay if you exercise your right of return is the transportation back to us. If you refuse to accept the parcel or do not collect it from your preferred delivery address (e.g. a DHL Packstation), it will be returned to us and a charge of €5 will be made, which is the cost of postage for the return shipment.
We will refund the amount immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back and checked that they meet our conditions for return and, where possible, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction. If the refund cannot be made using the same payment method, we will contact you to find another solution.

If you purchase a defective product - e.g. a product with material or manufacturing defects - the rules of the right of purchase apply and you can complain about defective goods within 24 months from the date of delivery by contacting us at [email protected].
We ask you to explain in as much detail as possible what the problem is. If the complaint is justified and the fault cannot be rectified without returning the goods, we will refund you reasonable transportation costs. Remember to always send the goods in proper packaging and keep the confirmation of dispatch, postal receipt including information on transportation costs and any “track and trace” number.

If you wish to cancel or delete an order that has already been placed, you can send us an e-mail with the subject “Cancellation” to [email protected] or by phone: +43 55 232 29 60. The e-mail/phone must state the date of the order and the order number. To ensure fast delivery, we process all orders within the shortest possible time after their arrival - La Natura Lifestyle BIO GmbH can therefore not guarantee that the order can be canceled
