1 Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store.

By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. revocation instruction
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods within one order and we cannot deliver them at the same time, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last delivery.
If it is a regular delivery of goods in a certain period, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first delivery. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, it will be extended until the following working day. The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the goods or failing to collect the goods without informing us of your cancellation at the same time. The withdrawal period is deemed to have been observed if you inform us of your withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you cancel the purchase of goods, you must return the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14 days have expired. Goods cannot be delivered to our address or sent by cash on delivery agreement without distribution.
The return of the goods is at your own expense. If the package cannot be delivered because you have inadvertently entered an incorrect address in the order information, you will bear the costs for the return shipment.
If you cancel, we will refund all payments we have received from you. The only thing you will have to pay if you exercise your right of return is the transportation back to us. If you refuse to accept the parcel or do not collect it from your preferred delivery address (e.g. a DHL Packstation), it will be returned to us and a charge of €5 will be made, which is the cost of postage for the return shipment.
We will refund the amount immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back and checked that they meet our conditions for return.
As far as possible, we will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction. If the refund is not possible with the same payment method, we will contact you to find another solution.
If you purchase defective goods - e.g. goods with material or manufacturing defects - the rules of the law on the sale of goods apply. You can complain about defective goods within 24 months from the date of delivery by contacting us at [email protected].
We ask you to explain in as much detail as possible what the problem is. If the complaint is justified and the fault cannot be rectified without returning the goods, we will refund you reasonable transportation costs. Remember to always send the goods in proper packaging and keep the dispatch confirmation, postal receipt including information about transportation costs and any track and trace number.
If you wish to cancel or delete an order that has already been placed, you can send us an e-mail with the subject “Cancellation” to [email protected] or by telephone: (+43) 55 232 2960. The e-mail/telephone must state the date of the order and the order number. In order to ensure fast delivery, we process all orders within the shortest possible time after their arrival - Stratos AG can therefore not guarantee that the order can be canceled

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our GTC by e-mail. You can also view the GTC at any time here on this page. For security reasons, your past orders are no longer accessible via the Internet.
5 Delivery conditions
Shipping costs are added to the indicated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers. We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

The following payment methods are available in our store:
Prepayment
If you choose to pay in advance, we will send you our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit card
When you place your order, you also send us your credit card details.
Once you have been legitimized as the legitimate cardholder, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after you place the order. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card will be debited.
PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the store, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
7 Retention of title
The goods remain our property (La Natura Lifestyle BIO GmbH) until full payment has been received.
8. transport damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
9 Warranty and guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online store.
10 Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
